Frequently Asked Questions

What is Sodaly?

Great question! Sodaly is a great tasting, all-natural prebiotic soft drink that’s big on flavour and low on guilt! Our range comes in 6 delicious flavours: Raspberry, Orange, Passionfruit, Lemon Squash, Guava and Lemon Lime & Bitters. Each 250ml can contains no sugar, all natural fruit flavours, a boost of ACV prebiotic goodness and only 8 calories (high five!).

What ingredients do you use in Sodaly?

We’re super fussy about our ingredients to ensure all our drinks are top-notch in quality and taste delicious. With a base of gut-loving ACV, all-natural fruit flavour and a burst of fizz, there's nothing artificial here!

What's the difference between Remedy Kombucha and Remedy Sodaly?

Remedy Sodaly is our super-tasty, full-flavoured soft drink containing no sugar or artificial ingredients. Unlike Remedy Kombucha, Remedy Sodaly is made with a base of ACV, which contains gut-friendly prebiotics known to aid in digestion and deliver other benefits like enhancing immunity and healthy skin. On the other hand, Remedy Kombucha is a fermented tea that we long-aged brew in small batches. The result is a delicious bevvie packed with goodness from live cultures, antioxidants and organic acids.

Why is ACV good for me?

Glad you asked! Here's a quick hit list of all the benefits! Apple Cider Vinegar (also known as ACV) can:

  • Help regulate and stabilise blood sugar levels
  • Aid digestion and improve gut health
  • Help to regulate appetite
  • Promote good heart health and help keep cholesterol levels low
  • Help restore balance in the body after heavy physical exertion (whether that's at the gym or on a worksite)
  • Help balance the body's pH levels

How is Sodaly sweetened?

Sodaly is sweetened with a low-calorie blend of naturally sourced stevia leaf extract and erythritol, all 100% natural and plant-based.

Stevia is a plant that belongs to the chrysanthemum family, which grows in Paraguay and Brazil. It contains no fructose yet is 300 times sweeter than sugar. By adding a touch of stevia to our drink, it allows us to truly provide you with a ‘gut-friendly’ drink that tastes super delicious. We blend stevia with a naturally occurring nectar known as erythritol (commonly found in pears, watermelons, grapes and other fermented products like wine, cheese and soy sauce). Both stevia and erythritol have been used as natural sweeteners in many parts of the world for hundreds of years.

Prebiotic v Probiotic, what's the deal?

Probiotics are live bacteria found in certain foods and drinks like kombucha, kefir and sauerkraut.

Prebiotics feed the healthy gut bacteria and promote a robust and healthy microbiome, like ACV, banana, oats and garlic.

Eating balanced amounts of both probiotics and prebiotics can help ensure that you have the right balance of these bacteria to keep your gut microbiota healthy.
