In case you missed it, we dropped two festive flaves to ring in the holiday season. Remedy Kombucha Pavlova and Merry Cherry have been sitting pretty in Coles for the past few weeks, but they were more than just darn tasty drinks. They also helped those in need.
Together with Coles, we donated 20 cents from every bottle to SecondBite, a leading food charity and rescue organisation dedicated to rescuing surplus food for Aussie charities, community groups and food banks.
By the end of the month, we will have donated $20,000 together with Coles to help feed Aussies in need.
On top of this, a few of our crew from Remedy HQ rolled up their sleeves on a stinking hot Melbourne day and got involved in the garden at FareShare. If you're unfamiliar with FareShare, these legends are part of the SecondBite family. They are responsible for cooking thousands of nutritious meals a day for people in need across the country. The Remedy team chipped in by potting up tomatoes, planting four beds of tomatillos, mulching the garden beds and washing mushroom mulch buckets.
We are so stoked to have been able to support the legends at SecondBite and FareShare this festive season. If you're looking to join in on doing some good, go check 'em out and see how you can get involved.
