Matcha and Yuzu are all the rage these days, so Eden Vegan thought she'd do the crossover of all crossovers, mix 'em together and craft a bangin' mocktail to sip on all year round.

INGREDIENTS
1 tsp matcha powder
1 tsp maple syrup
1/3 cup coconut water
2 250ml cans of Remedy Sodaly Yuzu Lemon
Ice cubes
1 fresh lime, sliced
METHOD
Step 1: In a small glass jar, add matcha powder, maple syrup and coconut water. Whisk until frothy.
Step 2: Fill two glasses with ice cubes. Pour a Remedy Sodaly Yuzu Lemon into each glass. Top with coconut water matcha.
Step 3: Garnish with a slice of fresh lime. Serve immediately and enjoy!
